The Cuddly Crate is an independently run Jellycat stockist based in Sydney, Australia. Every plush in the crate is hand-picked, because we think the right soft friend deserves a little thought behind it.

We're a small team, and that's exactly how we like it. Every order is packed by hand before it leaves us, and we take the time to make sure your Jellycat arrives exactly as it should — soft, snug, and ready for its new home.

Because we're a small operation shipping from Sydney, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience more than we can say, and we'll always get your order out as quickly as we possibly can.
